I have spent most of my working life asking one question: why do people do what they do, and how can they do it better? It took me through sales, through coaching, through writing books and eventually into building RedKnight, a marketing agency in Colmar, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, that works mostly with local service businesses.
Along the way I kept meeting the same owner. Good at the work. Honest. Willing to put in the hours. And completely lost when it came to marketing, because nobody had ever explained it to them without trying to sell them something at the same time.
Marketing Mastermind Club started a few years ago as a course. It asked for your name, email, phone number and address before it would show you anything, and not many people signed up. That told me something. So this version asks for nothing to read or download. Every lesson is open. Every worksheet downloads without a form. There is no paid tier waiting behind the free one. The chat helper in the corner of each page asks for a name and email only so a question we cannot answer can get a reply.
Who is behind it
The lessons are adapted from the business book I am writing on building a small business brand, from the courses and guides we built for the original club, from years of sales training material, and from what we see every day working with clients at RedKnight. Where a lesson is new, it is written from how we work today and reviewed by me, and where a story is a hypothetical I say so.
RedKnight publishes and pays for this site. If you ever want help, you will find us. But this site is not built to pitch you, and nothing on it is held back to make you call.
